  • FOCUS LAB products are designed based on standard USB protocols.

  • Charging voltage is 5V. Please charge using a computer USB port. Do NOT use fast chargers or wall adapters directly, as this may burn out the battery.

After more than six months of questioning, refining, and questioning again, Focus Lab is ready to present the next evolution of the Ctrl series — Ctrl 87. Designed for those who obsess over the experience, Ctrl 87 brings that same relentless pursuit of perfection to a compact, desktop-friendly form.

Competitive Performance, Simplified

The TKL and smaller layouts are a favorite among gamers and desktop enthusiasts, trading the number pad for more mouse space and a cleaner, competition-ready setup.


Built to keep pace with today’s magnetic keyboards, the Ctrl 87 features dual 8K polling, with 0.125ms wired latency and under 0.2ms over 2.4GHz wireless for fast, responsive gaming performance.

With native web-based driver support and one-click OTA updates, setup and firmware upgrades are simple and hassle-free.

Smart Angle Adjustment

The Ctrl 87 features a motorized angle adjustment system, replacing traditional kickstands with smoother, quieter, and more efficient operation.


Adjustable from 7°–20° with an 18.5mm front height, it offers flexible positioning for both long-term work and competitive gaming.

Custom Dot Matrix Display

The Ctrl 87 features a large 16×12 dot matrix display with reactive animations and real-time keypress feedback.


It also shows connection status when switching between modes, while the web driver lets you create custom pixel art or upload JPG/GIF images and instantly convert them into pixel-style displays.

Premium Aluminum Build

The Ctrl 87 is crafted from 6063 aerospace-grade aluminum, precision CNC-machined for a sharp, robust finish.

Anodized and powder-coated surfaces provide enhanced durability and scratch resistance, while the textured base adds a distinctive touch to its hard-wearing design.

Gasket-Mounted Comfort

The Ctrl 87 uses a PCB gasket mount with imported Poron cushioning and a 5-layer acoustic dampening system, reducing vibration for a softer, quieter typing experience with consistent feel during rapid keystrokes.

Premium PBT Keycaps

The Ctrl 87 comes with professional-grade PBT dye-sub keycaps, featuring a textured, anti-slip surface that stays comfortable and resists shine even with long-term use.

HMX-Tuned Switches
