We're going for a holiday! So in return for not being here, we are giving you a Sale!

Please be aware that all our services will be on hold during the holiday period (December 9 - 25). This includes:

  • All business operations

Important

During this sale, please place orders for in-stock items seperately from [Group Buy], [Preorder] and Gift Card Items. Any orders that include a mix of both with be automatically cancelled.

Shipping Delays

We will not be in to pack your orders, so please expect the earliest pick up date for all or most orders to only be on 26th December 2025 when we are back. Nonetheless, we will try our best to get it ship out As Soon As Possible. Terms and Conditions

Discount Validity:

  • The discounts is applicable on all eligible products/services during the QQ 不在 (not here) Sale period only.
  • We are unable to offer price matching before and after the QQ 不在 (not here) Sale. qwertyqop reserves all rights.

Sale Period:

  • The QQ 不在 (not here) Sale begins at 12:00 AM GMT+8 on 9th December 2025 and concludes at 11:59 PM GMT+8 on 9th December 2025.

Discount Applications:

  • The discount will be automatically applied to either specific items or during checkout.
  • No additional promo codes are required.
  • Already on "Sale" or "Clearance" items will get the extra discount stated above, according to Category. 

Eligibility:

  • The discount is applicable to all customers, both new and returning.

Exclusions:

  • [Group Buys], [Preorders], [Coming Soon], Gift cards and other selected items will be excluded from the QQ 不在 (not here) Sale. Please refer to individual product pages for details. 

Limited Quanitites:

  • Certain items in store may have limited stock. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shipping:

  • Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise specified.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • All QQ 不在 (not here) Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective. Please refer to our Policies and our Quality Expectations for this. 

Modification and Termination:

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the QQ 不在 (not here) Sale at our discretion without prior notice.
