- Customers are responsible for providing clear and high-resolution artwork in formats such as .jpeg, .pdf, or .eps. We reserve the right to charge an artwork fee for designs that require extensive editing or conversion.
- We strive to maintain high-quality standards in our engraving work. However, engravings may have mild imperfections depending on the file size and the complexity of the line work.
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of materials during engraving, we are not liable for damage to customer-provided items that may occur during the engraving process. Our liability is limited to the cost of the engraving service provided.
