The Neo65 Cu and Neo60 Cu feature the same bezel proportions and rounded corners like the Neo65 & Neo60 Core, with an ultra-slim side bezel that seamlessly complements any desk setup and theme.

In line with the Cu series theme, we've expanded our color palette to include more vibrant options. These include the highly requested Teal color alongside fan favorites from our previous releases.

We've also introduced a more layered waistline design that harmonizes beautifully with the copper bottom to enhance the design language of the Cu series. The curved bottom case softens the visual weight of the copper, creating a sleeker and more slender front profile.

The Neo65 & 60 Cu design features a copper and/or brass bottom with improvements over the Neo75 Cu. Replacing the aluminum battery compartment, a large mirror-finished PVD stainless steel weight enhances vibration suppression, resulting in more consistent typing sounds.

At the center, a compass-inspired logo mirrors the Neo65 from the Core series, highlighting the Neo brand's iconic symbolism. Despite their weight, the Neo65 Cu and Neo60 Cu maintain a refined, elegant look.

To reduce hollowness, we've added an acoustic chamber and strategic cutouts in the bottom case, filling space between the PCB and case while allowing typing movement. This design minimizes hollow sound without foam fillers.

We eliminated metal contact vibrations with an internal locking structure and buffering screws, reducing noise compared to ball-catch mechanisms.

Key factors influencing keyboard hollowness—airflow, sealing, space, and materials—were addressed in the Neo65 & 60 Cu:

• Materials: Dense copper for the bottom case and stainless steel for the weight.
• Space: A chamber isolation system beneath the PCB.
• Sealing: Internal locking structure to prevent direct metal contact.

These improvements significantly reduce hollowness and case ping, revealing the keyboard’s true sound signature.

The Neo65 & 60 Cu supports both PCB gasket mount and isolated top mount. Unlike previous designs, the new structure eliminates conflicts with ball-catch components, enabling top mount. Thick silicone gaskets around the mounting screws preserve tactile feedback while reducing vibration and eliminating metal contact.

Although the Neo65 Cu and Neo60 Cu share the same structure, their mounting points are specially tailored through multiple rounds of prototyping to better suit their respective layouts. This ensures consistent keypresses across all areas, including the edge keys, for a balanced and uniform typing experience.
