Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
All customers are advised to check their cart carefully before checking out. We will not check orders for you to ensure they have everything you need. However, should there be a need to request for a cancellation / refund / return of items, please email us at hello (at) qwertyqop (dot) com.
Note: A cancellation fee (5.2%) will apply.
Category of Purchases
Group buy – We accept order changes and cancellations during the group buy period. A cancellation fee (see above) will apply. No changes or cancellations are accepted after the groupbuy period has ended.
Pre-orders – All sales of pre-ordered items are considered FINAL. Please review your purchases carefully before payment as we will not grand refunds on items purchased in error under any circumstances.
Raffles / First Come First Serve – Cancellations of these orders after payment are not allowed. We also do not accept returns on these items once shipped.
Instock – All sales of in-stock items are considered FINAL. If you have an issue with an instock product that you have purchased from us, please contact us. Please review your purchases carefully before payment as we will not grant refunds on items purchased in error under any circumstances.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return and refund,
- The product packaging must be unopened, in the same condition you have received it,
- QWERTYQOP must be contacted within seven (7) days of delivery, and
- The consumer will need to cover the return shipping cost using agreed-upon shipping services.
Before shipping the item to us, please contact us at hello (at) qwertyqop (dot) com with your order number.
Once you have received a confirmation email from us, please mail the item to us, at your own cost, via registered mail. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees, return shipping fees, and Shopify transaction fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
QWERTYQOP reserves the right to determine if the returned product is eligible for a refund. If QWERTYQOP determines that a returned product is ineligible, the consumer may be responsible for an assessment fee, return fee and handling fees, and other reasonable fees as may be required by QWERTYQOP prior to the product being returned to the consumer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@qwertyqop.com.
Any refunds that are issued will be subject to a 5.2% deduction in overall refund. This is used to cover our payment processors alongside any Shopify fees incurred by the order.
Non-Deliverable Items
Any item returned to us after a failed delivery will be refunded minus our shipping costs. You can contact us to have a delivery reattempted or sent back out for an additional shipping fee. If returned item has been left unclaimed or customer has been unresponsive after 30 days, the item will no longer be eligible for redelivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within seven (7) days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Item must be unused and in the same condition you have received it.
Group Buy & Pre-Order items can arrive with minor manufacturing marks and imperfections. During our QC process, every individual item is inspected and confirmed to be A-stock. Any marks on internals due to the manufacturing process are not available for returns or refunds and are merely part of the manufacturing process.
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us with your order number and detailed images of the damaged items so we can inspect and arrange a replacement.
For switches:
All the switches will be counted by our staff, if a missing/damaged switch upon arrival is found, we will process the refund or replacement (with your next order)
Non-refundable Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
When returning items, please only use trackable shipping services. We cannot guarantee that we will receive you returned item.
