General questions

The useful basics about shopping with QWERTYQOP.

Where are you located?
When will this item be back in stock?

We recommend checking our Store Updates page regularly for upcoming items.

Many of our products are produced in limited quantities, so some sold-out products may not be restocked. Popular items may return, while others remain limited to preserve the variety and uniqueness of our collections.

My order was marked as ‘Fulfilled’. What does that mean?

It means that the shipping label for your order has been generated and your order is in the packing stage.

My items arrived damaged. What should I do?

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can help. Please also review our Quality Expectations Policy.

Read shipping policy
Can I collect my online order in person?

No. Online orders are strictly not available for pickup.

What countries do you ship to?

Add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout to see the shipping services available for your location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. If no suitable option appears, or the cost seems unusually high, contact us and we will check whether another solution is available.

My order was marked as ‘Fulfilled’. What does that mean?

It means that the shipping label for your order has been generated and your order is in the packing stage.

I entered the wrong address at checkout. Can I change it?

Contact us as soon as possible with the correct address. Once the order has been fulfilled, we cannot amend the shipping address.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

We are based in Singapore. Local packages are generally sent out within five working days. International delivery can take up to two weeks.

The estimate shown at checkout depends on the shipping service selected and remains the best guide for your order.

My items arrived damaged. What should I do?

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can help. Please also review our Quality Expectations Policy.

Why has my order not been shipped yet?

If your order does not contain a group-buy or preorder item, please contact us.

If it contains a group-buy or preorder item, the complete order will ship only after every item becomes available. Contact us if you would like to ask about sending the in-stock items separately.

Can you reduce my shipping cost or undervalue the package?

Shipping prices are set by the selected carrier using the parcel’s actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher, and its destination. We cannot control these rates or undervalue or incorrectly declare a shipment.

Group buys & preorders

How group buys, preorders, in-stock products, and coming-soon releases work.

Read group buy policy
What is a group buy?

A group buy is a form of crowdfunding used by the keyboard community. Customers order a design before it has been manufactured. Once the minimum order quantity is reached and the ordering period ends, production begins.

Group buys can include keyboard kits, keycap sets, switches, deskmats, artisans, and other products.

Why is a group buy different from an in-stock purchase?
  • The product has not yet been manufactured.
  • Payment is made before manufacturing starts.
  • Some projects offer customisable or otherwise unique options.
  • The format can make specialised designs possible with less risk for designers and manufacturers.
  • Some group buys are region-locked unless stated otherwise.
What happens if a group buy does not reach its MOQ?

If a QWERTYQOP group buy does not reach its minimum order quantity, the order will be refunded.

What is a preorder?

Preorders are generally for products that have already been manufactured or for which QWERTYQOP has reserved a quantity. They are usually limited in quantity, offer fewer customisation options, and have a shorter wait than a group buy.

Preorders can include keyboards, keycap sets, switches, deskmats, artisans, and other products.

What are in-stock and extras items?

In-stock and extras products are already available at the store and ready to be packed. Unlike group buys and preorders, there is no production wait; only processing and delivery time apply.

Many keycaps, switches, and accessories are in stock even when their product names do not include ‘In-stock’ or ‘Extras’, unless the listing says otherwise.

Can I mix group-buy or preorder items with in-stock items?

You can, but the complete order will ship only when the group-buy or preorder items have arrived. If you want in-stock products sooner, place them in a separate order.

What does ‘Coming Soon’ mean?

Coming Soon products are confirmed products that we plan to bring in. They will be listed as in stock when they arrive. Check the Store Updates page and our Discord for availability news.
