Cosmetic inspection is limited to external surfaces visible during normal use. Internal components and screw holes are excluded from the inspection criteria.
Products should be evaluated:
- At a standard viewing distance of 50 centimeters (19.7 inches)
- Under normal office/room lighting conditions
- With the product placed on a flat desk surface
Note: Surface imperfections that are only visible under harsh lighting conditions or specific viewing angles do not constitute quality defects.
