We sincerely apologize for the long delay in the delivery of your order. We have indeed arranged for it to be picked by the courier on 13 May as there are no pickups over the weekend and public holiday (12 May).
Unfortunately, the courier has failed to pick up all parcels over the past few days. We are following up closely with them to ensure that packages will be picked up tomorrow (16 May).

We’ve confirmed that your selected shipping method was TracX Express, which is an economy shipping option with an estimated delivery window of 2–3 weeks. For time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend DHL Express, which typically delivers within 3–5 business days, depending on location.
As of our latest check, your parcel was picked up on 16 May and has since been transferred to the courier’s collection center (not our warehouse). The updated tracking shows that the package is now with the local delivery partner (Sagawa) and should be en route to you very soon.
Given the pick-up date and the courier’s stated delivery timeframe, your parcel should arrive in early June.
