Can I edit or cancel my order?

Our orders are packaged and shipped out soon after they are placed to ensure it arrives in a timely manner.

If you want to make any changes to your order, such as address changes, product changes or cancellations, it must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed:

  • Order cancellations will be subjected to a 5.2% fee.
  • Order edits can be done when you contact us. We will send you an invoice to top up.

We will do our best to accommodate to your request, however, we cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed.
