Operations Packer (Full Time / Part TIme)

Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Drive and motivate the frontline sales team to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

In-store Operations: Oversee all facets of daily store functions including staffing, inventory control, warehousing, restocking, renovations, and visual merchandising.
Ensure efficient logistics, sourcing, and order fulfillment processes.
Proactively engagement with customers to provide an optimum shopping experience

Online Operations: Direct online campaign planning and execution.
Streamline online order fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Always be on the lookout for opportunities to enhance the store's operations and customer experience.

Requirements: A genuine passion for custom mechanical keyboards.
Based in Singapore.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
A natural affinity for engaging with customers and a drive for continuous learning.
