What countries do you ship to?

My order was marked as 'Fulfilled'. What does that mean?

It means that the shipping label for your order has been generated and is in the packing stage. 

 

I entered the wrong address at checkout. Can I please change my address?

Please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary changes.

However, if the order has been fulfilled, we will not be able to make amendments to your address.

 

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

We are based in Singapore. If you are local, the package will be sent out within 5 working days.

For international orders, delivery timings can take up to 2 weeks.

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and will depend on the shipping service selected.

 

My items arrived damaged.

If your item has arrived defective, do contact us immediately so we can solve it as soon as possible.

Why has my order not been shipped yet?

If you do not have a group buy or preorder item in your order, please contact us. 

If you have a group buy or preorder item in your order, please note that your order will not ship until all items become available.

If you would like for the instock items to be sent out first, please contact us.

 

Can you please reduce my shipping cost and undeclare the package?

Unfortunately, shipping prices are out of our control.
