Please note: 

'PC & Pure Copper' and 'Spray-coated Retro White' Configuration comes with untreated Copper. Oxidation of the copper weights is unavoidable due to the characteristics of these materials. The decision for untreated is for users to patina the weights themselves.

'PC & Brass' Configuration will come with a Clear-coated Brass. Oxidation of the brass weights may still happen due to normal wear & tear and the characteristics of the materials. 

If you are concerned about this, there are still 6 different configurations to choose from.

Yes you can, but we will only recommend you to build plateless with a SOLDER PCB

What is the Recommended Configuration about?

The bottom case will create different sounds according to what you choose. It has been researched that the Solid, No Grooves Bottom Case will create a thockier sound. And the Grooved Bottom Case will create a clackier sound. Feel free to experiment as you will. :-)

Difference in Plate?

Do make sure that you select the right PCB. There are different Mounting points for the Full Foam/ No Foam Plate Options!
