QK Alice Duo
Since launching the QK65 three years ago, the QK series has covered nearly every layout—except Alice. After extensive development, we’re excited to unveil the QK Alice Duo! This split Alice-layout keyboard features an adjustable angle, POGO pin connectors, and a wireless pod that also serves as a desk accent. Check out our guide to explore its features!
Dual Hinge Mechanism & Adjustable Tent Angle
Most ergonomic keyboards are flat or tented, each with its benefits. Why not have both? The QK Alice Duo's custom dual hinge lets users adjust the position and tenting angle of each half, offering a fully customizable ergonomic setup.
- 0° tenting angle: Perfect for gaming, providing a flat surface for precise control.
- 5° tenting angle: Optimized for typing, reducing wrist strain during long work sessions.
QwertyKeys also designed an adjustable wrist rest for the Alice Duo, compatible with both 0° and 5° settings, improves comfort when tenting the keyboard. Its CNC-machined acrylic top and aluminum bottom match the keyboard color, adding style to your desk.
The split keyboard design enhances one-handed gaming by placing all essential keys on the left. You can move the right half aside for more mouse space and adjust the left half to your preferred posture, reducing hand and shoulder fatigue during long sessions.
Enhanced Polling Rate and Reduced Latency
Qwertykeys has solved split keyboard latency with AI-powered data compression, achieving an 8000Hz polling rate in both wired and wireless modes. Ultralink tests show 0.3–0.4ms latency in wired and 0.8–0.9ms in 2.4G wireless, ensuring smooth, responsive gaming.
Magnetic Cable for Easy Connection
Qwertykeys designed a custom magnetic cable to make charging easier and prevent damage to the case during connection. Despite space constraints limiting the battery to 3600mAh, the Alice Duo operates wirelessly for about 3 weeks per charge.
Wireless Key Mapping
For the first time in the QK family, we're introducing wireless key mapping, which means you only need to plug in your keyboard for firmware updates and charging. This feature minimizes interruptions and keeps your workflow smooth.
Wireless Pod: Elegant Design Meets Smart Features
The QK Alice Duo includes a sleek wireless pod with advanced signal processing for the keyboard's three chips. It features clear indicators for battery status, connection, and OS mode, offering both practicality and a stylish accent for your workspace.
Appearance
The QK Alice Duo is available in 10 vibrant colors with contrasting accents. Create more customisation with additionally purchased knobs, buttons and badges.
The Alice Duo’s hollowed-back design offers a lightweight, tech-inspired look. A stainless steel weight magnetically attaches to the center. Qwertykeys has plans to share the design files later for user customization.
Both PCB Options:
- Support both USB-C and 2.4GHz connections, with automatic switching between wired mode when connected via cable and wireless mode when disconnected—no manual switching needed.
