What is the status of my Group Buy orders?

We update the page as soon as we get new information from the manufacturers and designers.

I ordered an instock item with a Group Buy item. How will they be shipped out?

Orders will only be fulfilled when all items has arrived to us.

We always recommend checking out instock items separately from group buy items as it will usually take longer to arrive.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your in-stock order, please contact us before your order is shipped. We will provide a refund as soon as possible. However, we cannot provide refunds if your in-stock order has already shipped.

Lubricants, Group Buy and Pre-Order orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Order cancellations will be subjected to a 5.2% fee. 

Order edits can be done when you contact us. We will send you an invoice to top up.

My items arrived damaged.

When you receive your order please inspect all items closely and report any issues within 7 days.

If your item has arrived defective, do contact us immediately so we can solve it as soon as possible.

For switches:
All the switches will be counted by our staff, if a missing/damaged switch upon arrival is found, we will process the refund or replacement (with your next order) 

Why are there no shipment options for my country?

We are trying our best to find fast and affordable shipping options worldwide. If there are no/too expensive shipping options, do feel free to contact us!

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

For instock items

We are based in Singapore. If you are local, the package will be sent out within 5 working days. 

For international orders, delivery timings can take up to 2 weeks.

For Group Buy/Preorder items

Estimated time of arrival will be stated on the product description page.

My order was marked as 'Fulfilled'. What does that mean?

It means that package has already been sent out.

My order status shows that it has been returned to sender

Any item returned to us after a failed delivery will be refunded minus our shipping costs. You can contact us to have a delivery reattempted or sent back out for an additional shipping fee. 

I can't add the number of switches that I would like to purchase. Is there something wrong with the system?

Nope, the system only allows you to purchase the maximum quantity available in the inventory. Kindly wait for restocks, estimated inventory updates will be shown here.
